Travel involves varying degrees of physical exertion and exposure to different environmental conditions, which may pose risks to those with underlying health conditions or limited mobility.
Medical Consultation: Prior to departure, it is imperative for each traveler to consult with a healthcare professional to verify their fitness for travel, particularly for trips that involve strenuous activities, high altitudes, or remote areas with limited medical facilities.
